Losing weight the healthy and happy way :) I am currently 21 and attending a university. I have tried to lose weight a few times and have never followed through 'til the end, but this time is different. Losing weight is definitely not easy, but I want to do it the healthy way with diet and exercise. I eat a gluten-free diet. My goal is to lose 30 pounds and start doing charity walks. I created this blog to help motivate myself and others positively and not to focus on self-hate. "Thin From Within" to me means having a healthy attitude, lifestyle, and body.
